He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Douglas and Mary Douglas; his son Patrick Stanton; and his brother Craig Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Patrica J. Douglas (Toner); his children, Diana Shaffer (John), Melissa Choromanski (Andy), Jackie Douglas, Tracy Zajac (Rick), Bridget Gercken (Bill), Byron "Boo" Stanton (Chris) and Colman Stanton; and his siblings, Arlene Kaye (Paul) and Bryan Douglas (Cynthia). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
