He is survived by: his parents, Donald Smithbauer and Shelba Ingold Smithbauer; his wife Tina Codispot Smithbauer; his sons, Noah Weston Smithbauer and Gabriel Alexander Smithbauer; his siblings, Kevin Davis, Steven Smithbauer (Teena), Kathy Mick (Wayne), Joe Smithbauer (Chris), Lisa Simmons (Ron) and Donald Smithbauer (Brenda); his father-in-law Leonard Codispot, Jr.; his brother-in-law Leonard Codispot III; and his close friends, Candice Vincent and Daniel Carbone. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
