Fuhr Breitenbach of Slippery Rock; his brothers, John Blakeley of Callery and Chuck Blakeley (Linda) of Butler; his sister-in-law Cheryl Christiana (Dan) of Slippery Rock; his brother Fuhr (Angie) of Gainesville, FL; and his parents-in-law, Gail Olmeda of Gainesville, FL and Ed Olmeda of Gainesville, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
