Leonard (Scott) of New Wilmington and Jeremy N. Agostino (Heather) of Slippery Rock; his siblings, Debra K. Hertzog of Slippery Rock, Robert A. Agostino (Christine) of Harrisville, David R. Agostino of Grove City, Steven C. Agostino (Cathy Neff) of Slippery Rock and Brian K. Agostino of Slippery Rock; and his grandchildren, Riley, Joey, Danny Leonard, London Agostino, Weston Agostino and Haeden Hensel. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
