She was predeceased by: her parents, Heino Crain and Aino Sallmen Crain; and her husband George E. Tervo. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Tervo (Joyce), Nancy Eagan (Dennis) and Diane Vanassa (Jody); her grandchildren, Brenda Johnson (Tim), Eric Eagan, Aaron Tervo (Kirstan), Bria Westrick (Edward), Christian Vanassa (Victoria), Austin Vanassa (Michelle), Brandon Vanassa (Vanessa), Gary Brown, Jr., Dalton Brown (Daniell) and Mindy North (Baldwin); her stepgrandchild Christian Beveridge; her sisters, Elaine Ward (John) of Cortland and Adeena Crain of Niles, Ohio.; her daughter Susan Tervo Brown Pollio; her grandson Lon Tervo; her great grandchild George Henry Tervo; her brother Allan Crain; and also Diana Tervo of New Castle. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, 7 step-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (2429 Wilmington Rd, New Castle, PA 16105). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
