He is survived by: his wife Barbara Altmas of Slippery Rock; his sons, Donald Kelly Jr. (Denise) of New York and Charles "Chuck" Kelly of Slippery Rock; his grandson Jackson Kelly of New York; and his brother Clair Kelly of Indiana.
