He is survived by: his parents, Gary Musguire and Barbara Musguire (Norman); his wife Jennifer Lindsay; his children, Taylor Musguire of Cleveland, Ohio and Chris Musguire of New Castle; his siblings, Kym Iorio (Martin) and Jeffrey Musguire of New Castle; his parents-in-law, Ray and Sharon Lindsay of Wampum; and his nieces, Heather Miller (Alex), Lindsay Iorio, Rottweiler and Jessie.
