He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Sherman and Ruth Sherman (Shields); and his son Kris Sherman. He is survived by: his wife Madelyn Sherman of Sligo; his children, Stephanie Cole (Mike) of Clinton, NJ. and Matthew Sherman (Jennifer) of Cape Coral, FL.; his grandchildren, Danielle Cole of Jersey City, NJ., Taylor Cole of Pittsburgh, Jacob Sherman of Fort Myers, FL., William Cole of Clinton, NJ. and Christopher Sherman of Fort Myers, FL.; his sister Donna Flick of Sligo; and his pet Louie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Sligo United Methodist Church, PO Box 127, Sligo, PA 16255.
