We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2022, at the age of 73, Nancy F. Shook of Sligo, Pennsylvania, born in Butler, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy F. Shook to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her son Gerald Jr. Shook; her father Donald Foreback; her brother Steve Foreback; and her uncle Roy Courson. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Shook (Jerry) of Sligo; her sons, Jerrod Shook (Lori) of Cary, N. C. and Ryan Shook of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Riley, Austin and Landon; her mother Jean Carlson of Findlay, OH.; her aunt Kay Courson of Sligo; and her siblings, Bob Carlson (Sharon) of Findlay, OH., John Carlson (Kathy) of Boardman, OH. and Sue Arnold (Scott) of Buffalo, NY.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and her many wonderful friends.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Sligo Veterans Memorial Park, P.O. Box 96, Sligo, PA. 16255.
