Chadwell; her boyfriend Rich Switzer; her children, Guy Chadwell (Angela) of San Jose, CA, Jessica Shrum (Dustin) of Sligo and Tara Switzer (Mark Bell); her grandchildren, Curry, Hanna Chadwell, Karlee, Makenna Shrum, Alyson and Jordon Bell; and her sisters, Laura Craig (Roger) of Parker, Janet Springer (Blair) of Rimersburg, Bobbie Forsythe of Sligo and Peggy Fontaine of Pittsburgh.
