He was predeceased by: his mother Velma Byerly Anthony; his sister Linda R. Polliard; and his brother-in-law Gilbert Polliard. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl A. Kaltenbach; his children, Joshua P. Anthony of Sligo and Stacey A. Burris (Scott) of Parker; his granddaughter Adalynn R. Burris of Parker; his pet Princess; his nephew Alan Catchpole; and his nieces, Amy Bent and Kayla Engel.
