He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Billotte and Elizabeth Billotte (Sweitzer); his wife Deborah Billotte (Sales); his children, James Allen "Jimmy" Billotte and Angela Holly Sisson; and his brother James R. Billotte.
He is survived by: his children, Carl Billotte (Lori) of Rimersburg, Nicki Faye Billotte of Rimersburg and Carol Ann Bowser (Barry) of Clarion; his son-in-law Kenneth Sisson of Vowinckel; his siblings, Joseph Billotte (Ethel) of Clarion, Gary Billotte of Emlenton, Edward Billotte (Diane) of Kittanning, Dennis Billotte of Bela, Emma Baker of Mars and Tracy Everett of Emlenton; and his sister-in-law Debra Billotte of Parker. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
