He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Elder and Edna Elder (Eshbaugh); his siblings, Pat Switzer, Janet Ochs, Jack and Bill Elder; and his cousin Tike Elder.
He is survived by: his cousins, Kevin Elder (Katie) of Sligo, Curt Elder (Tina) of Erie and Eric Elder (Linda) of Erie; and his sister Carole Jone of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by many brother and sister in laws.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Sligo Veterans Memorial Park, P.O. Box 96, Sligo, PA 16255.
