He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde R. Jr. Greenawalt and Helen C. Slaugenhaupt Greenawalt; and his brother Mark Greenawalt. He is survived by: his sons, Tyler and Chad Greenawalt of Sligo; his wife Melissa Greenawalt of Sligo; his siblings, Kellie Lynn Troese (Christopher), Stephanie Kaye Meekins (Ernest) of Knox and Brock Allen Greenawalt of Wylie; and his nephew Christopher Adams.
