He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kuzmin and Mary Kuzmin (Hordi); and his siblings, Andrew, Michael, George, Ann, Mary, Margaret and Catherine.
He is survived by: his brother John Kuzmin (Janice); his nieces, Patti Barber, Georgia Allwine, Brenda Borbonus and Carol Bolen; and his goddaughter Brittaniann Kuzmin.
