He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Mary Hordi Kuzmin, Sr.; and his siblings, Mike, Andy Kuzmin, Katherine Walczyk, Ann Fatur, Margaret Conley and Mary Kuzmin.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Ann Hullenbaugh Kuzmin; his daughters, Patti Barber (Alan) of Greensburg, Georgia Allwine (Randy) of Greensburg, Brenda Borbonus (Carol Bollen) of Youngwood and Delmont; his brothers, Joe Kuzmin of Slickville and John Kuzmin (Janice) of Slickville; his grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Randy, Amber, Shelby, Richard and Brittaniann; and his great grandchildren, Victoria, Kaylee, Brielle, Maverick, Kinsley, Sirena and Vincent.

Interment will follow and be private at Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont, PA. MASKS ARE MANDATORY AND SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE OBSERVED.
