He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer N. Dise and Marie Dise (Letterhouse). He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Dise (Ritter); his children, Wilmer H. Dise II (Michelle) of Slatington, Christine M. Afflerbach of Lehighton and Aaron J. Dise (Rachel) of Slatington; his grandchildren, Lucas Dise (Keturah) of Slatington, Andrew Afflerbach of Slatington, Gary Dise of Slatington and Sylvia Dise of Slatington; his great grandchildren, Sterling Afflerbach and Grace Elizabeth Dise; and his sister Margie (Harvey Kichline) of Center Valley.
