He was predeceased by: his wife Ann L. Loy (Green); and his parents, William M. Loy and Ruth Loy (Klatt). He is survived by: his sons, Michael W. Loy of Camp Hill and Mark W. Loy (Carol) of Bernville; and his granddaughter Jessica Ann.
