He was predeceased by: his father Donald Hawk; and his sister Ranell Ann Blewitt. He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Hawk (Brown); his mother Marilyn Hawk (Deibert) of Slatedale; his sons, Roy Hawk, Jr. and William Hawk; and his siblings, Jerry, Jeff, Adam Hawk and Sherry Hoffner.
