He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred, Sr. Horn and Clara Horn (Wanamaker); and his siblings, Minnie Ziatyk, Amy Longenbach, Evelyn Neff, Mildred Petrigani, George, Arthur, Allen, Russell, Nevin, Alfred Jr., Marlin, Walter and Willard.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothea H. Horn (Peters); his sons, Roy C., Jr. (Carol) of Slatington and Quinn (Lori DeLong) of New Tripoli; and his grandchildren, Sierra, Josslyn and Alec.
