He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria E. Klingborg (Mendsen); his parents, John Klingborg and Edythe Klingborg (Strohl); his daughter Lynne M. Arndt; and his siblings, Richard J. Klingborg and Emma Kolowitz.

He is survived by: his daughter Lisa A. (Steve Martinez) of Slatington. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
