He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray E. Smith and Frances N. Smith (Kuntz); and his son Damion R. Smith. He is survived by: his wife Deborah A. Smith (Ohm); his children, Brittany Smith, Brandi Smith and Shawn Kline; his grandchildren, Kali, Ryker and Paizlie; and his sisters, Martha George and Patricia Jackson.
