He was predeceased by: his wife Dona Watters (Moser); and his parents, Richard E. Watters and Olive L. Watters (Schuck). He is survived by: his daughters, Autumn Watters (Ryan Crawford) of Northampton and Lacey (Brent Haldeman) of Barto; his grandchildren, Brynn, Stella and Travis; and his siblings, Walter Watters (Melissa) of Coroapolis, Thomas Watters (Kathy) of Easton and Dianne (Ray Peluszak) of Bethlehem.
