He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara E. Frantz (Lewis); his parents, Willard Frantz and Dorothy Frantz (Pugh); and his brother Robert Frantz. He is survived by: his children, Richard W. Frantz, Jr. (Rhonda) of Slatington, Michael Frantz (Rose) of Slatington and Michelle "Shelly" (Michael Galio) of Slatington; his grandchildren, Casey, Garrett, Allison and Megan; and his nephew Bryan Frantz. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to either American Cancer Society or St. John's Lutheran Church, both c/o the funeral home.
