He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard C. Binder and Janet F. Binder (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Wanda J. Binder (Peters); his sons, Richard C. Binder, III of Slatington and Steven Binder of Slatington; his stepchildren, Corey Kuehner and Kristen Verba of Coaldale; his grandchildren, Cadence Binder, Derek and Jordan Kuehner; and his sisters, Cheryl Binder, Sally Breidenstein, Tina Binder and Julie Neitz.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Slatington Skeet Club (8112 Skeet Club Rd, Slatington, PA 18080).
