He was predeceased by: his parent John W.; his wife Sylvia Motter (Douglass); his siblings, Winfield Motter, Melvin Motter and Dorothy Champney; his grandson Alexander McMahon; and his great grandchildren, Alexander McMahon, Jessie McMahon and Big Ralph.
He is survived by: his parent Mabel Motter (Pforsich); his son Daniel Motter of Slatington, PA; his daughter-in-law Deborah Motter of Slatington, PA; his daughters, Suzanne Motter of Center Township and Reverend Scott of Rochester; his son-in-law Nancy McMahon of Rochester; his grandchildren, Wil McMahon II (Rhonda) of New Brighton, Kaitlyn, Douglass, Grace McMahon of Rochester and Zachary Motter of Slatington; his brother Harry Motter (Donna) of Florida; his sister-in-law Margaret Robbie of Brighton Township; and also Reverend Scott W. McMahon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
