Nancy L. Peters Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy L. Peters of Slatington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 11, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Carl W. Peters; her parents, Ambrose Serfass and Helen Serfass (Gusick); and her brother Thomas Serfass. She is survived by: her children, Scott Peters (Alicia) of Winter Park, FL, Stephen Peters (Mary) of Drums, PA and Susan (Todd Kravetz) of Palmerton; and her siblings, Paul Serfass (Marcy) of Jim Thorpe, Ambrose Serfass (Debra) of Slatington and Monica Sellers of Slatington. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Assumption BVM Catholic Church (649 W Washington St, Slatington, PA 18080). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Assumption BVM Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the church memorial fund.
