He was predeceased by: his parent Earl Mantz. He is survived by: his spouse Linda A. Mantz (VanBlargan) of Slatington; his parent Stella Mantz (Snyder); his daughter Cindy S.; his husband Douglas J. Greene, Jr; his son Daniel J. Mantz; his grandchild Douglas J. Green, III; and his sister Madelyn Mantz of Emmaus.
