She was predeceased by: her husband Donald L. Peters; her parents, Frank Hobel and Stella Hobel (Lebish); and her son Dennis Peters (Judith Machon Peters). She is survived by: her children, Debra Peters Wilcox of Frederick, MD, Michael Peters (Monica) of Slatington, PA and Colleen (Philip Harris) of San Diego, CA; her grandchildren, Dylan (Amanda), Alexandra (Jim), Megan (Nick), Jay (Hannah), Mitchell (Sutton), Skylar (Nick), Kyla (Stephen), Andrew (Emma), Olivia (Ryan) and Jacob; her great grandchildren, Madelyn, James, Quinn, Hudson, Jude, Eleanor and Ursula; and her sisters, Dorothea Lukman, Rosalie (Stanford McFarland), Frances (Thomas Erschen) and Bernadette (Herb Loerbs).
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Union Cemetery - Slatington (523 W Franklin St, Slatington, PA 18080). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Assumption BVM Catholic Church (649 W Washington St, Slatington, PA 18080).
