She was predeceased by: her husband Leon P. Rex III; her parents, Milton Myers and Miriam Myers (Myers); and her sister Joan Hofman. She is survived by: her children, Alan D. Rex (Bonnie) of Slatington, Kenneth S. Rex (Stacy) of Slatington, Brenda S. Snyder (Glenn) of New Ringgold, Marvin E. Rex (Cheri) of Sharpsburg, KY and Glenn D. Rex (Kim) of Slatington; her sisters, Kathy James (Dale) of Bedminster, Arlene Supplee of Bedminster and Loretta Sklarow (Jeff) of Telford; and her brother-in-law Arland Hofman of Harleysville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
