She was predeceased by: her husband George Ulicny; her parents, Lewis Lauchnor and Irene Lauchnor (Serfass); and her sister Barbara Scheckler. She is survived by: her daughter Colleen Yezik (Gary Blose) of Allentown; her grandchildren, James Yezik, II (Erin Healy) and Chelcie I. (Jose Amortegui); her stepgrandson Matthew Blose (Jennifer Hernandez); and her sisters, Marguerite (John Marino) of Slatington and Kathryn Zellers of Hellertown.
