He was predeceased by: his parent Harry E. Sr.. He is survived by: his spouse Janice E. Ahner (Ziegler); his parent Laura Ahner (Blose); his children, Kevin Ahner (Linda) of Susquehanna, Todd Ahner (Tina), Darren Ahner, Elaine (Larry Trimble) of Palmerton, Dawn (Colby Nauman) of Mount Wolf, Amy Reimer and Jason Ancewicz of Slatington; his grandchildren, Michael, Christina, James, Steven, Tanya, Caleb, Samuel and Hannah; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica and Amy; and his siblings, Robert Ahner (Linda) of Nesquehoning, Russell, Clair, Herbert, Arthur, Milton, Irene and Esther.

In Lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Northern Lehigh Bible Fellowship Church.
