He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Miller (Davidheiser); his parents, George W. Miller and Esther R. Miller (Fagan); and his sisters, Elizabeth Hrusecky and Patricia Boyer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Walker (Dean) and Kimberly Lahr (Jesse); and his sisters, Mary Sebesta (Gene) and Nancy Heffentrager (William). He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren.
