We bid farewell to George D. Fister Jr. of Slatington, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 31, 2024 at the age of 72. George touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint George leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George, Sr. Fister and Florence Fister. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Fister of Walnutport and Brian Fister of Slatington; his sister Janet Radke; and his friend Charles Kistler. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Weisenberg Lutheran Church (7645 Weisenberg Church Rd, New Tripoli, PA 18066). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
