She was predeceased by: her spouse John E. Berezak; her parent Michael Sadlock; and her siblings, Mary Minnick, Anna Marinock, Verna Shofran, Agnes Haraschak, Margaret Petrovich, Catherine Bobby, Michael, John, Joseph and Battle.
She is survived by: her parent Anna Sadlock (Popyak); her son Michael J.; her wife Deborah of Plymouth; her granddaughters, Laura, Jennifer and Rachel; her great grandchildren, Alanna and Tyler; and her sister Gloria Ritter-Webb of Dillsburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
