She was predeceased by: her husband Elvin O. Creitz, Jr.; her parents, George W. Berreth and Evelyn M. Berreth (Laub); and her daughter Nanette Zettlemoyer. She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki L. Lindsay (Brian) of Slatington and Lisa A. Werkheiser (Theodore, Jr.) of Allentown; and her son-in-law Arthur H. Zettlemoyer of Bethlehem. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great – grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in care of the funeral home, P.O. Box 196, Schnecksville, PA 18078-0196.
