She is survived by: her husband Douglas S. Van Horn; her parents, John Podwika and Carol Podwika (Giardina) of Northampton; her brother-in-law David Van Horn (Marlene) of Marshall, MO; her uncle Charles Giardina of Wyoming, PA; and also, Kristina (Rob Savacool) of Alpha, NJ, Alison (Errol Bott) of Alpha, NJ and Diana (Steve Farley) of Asbury Park, NJ.
