He is survived by: his wife Eileen (Hunter); his children, Heather E. Unangst of Bath, PA, Jason E. Quay (Leonarda) of Boyertown, PA, Joshua P. Quay of Shanghai and David E. Quay (Elizabeth) of Coatesville, PA; and his brother Thomas C. Quay, Sr. (Diane) of Chalfont, PA.
