He was predeceased by: his spouse Mary R. Watkins (Regnier); and his parent Eliham Watkins. He is survived by: his parent Bulah Watkins (Tison); his sons, William L. Watkins (Jamie) of Bath, Mark R. Watkins and Meredith A. Lenhart; and his brother Robert Watkins. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
