He was predeceased by: his father Donald C. Rex. He is survived by: his mother Barbara A. Rex (Benner) of Slatington; his wife Maria Rex (Whymeyer); his daughters, Kira R. Rex (Tyler Hargreaves) of Slatington and Danyel M. Rex (Seth Zakrzewski) of Slatington; his stepson Dustin J. Allen (Brandon Renninger) of Slatington; and his siblings, Dianne L. Smelas (Thomas) of Schnecksville, Brenda S. Kates of Slatington and Randy A. Rex (Sheryl) of Slatington.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. (4906 PA-309, Schnecksville, PA 18078). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
