She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl G. Evans and Dorothy R. Evans (Swartz). She is survived by: her children, Timothy D. Fogal of Meriden, CT and Karin L. Fogal (Jerry S. Underkoffler) of Walnutport, PA; and her granddaughter Brianna R. Fogal (Ryan Wiesenberg) of South Lyon, MI..
