He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Mantz and Carolyn Mantz (Kern). He is survived by: his wife Sally A. Mantz (Lauchnor); his sons, Brock Mantz (Erica) of Hollywood, MD and Shawn Mantz (Jenn) of Slatington; and his grandchildren, Heidi, Madison, Ethan, Valerie, Colton and Kinley.
