He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Snyder and Bessie Snyder (Silliman); and his brother Ronald Snyder. He is survived by: his wife Alice M. Snyder (Kezenaitis); his daughters, Cathy M. Snyder (Jeff Mann) of Lehighton, Cherie A. (Chris Heffelfinger) of Walnutport, Carolyn M. (Bob Long) of Schnecksville and Christine L. (Michael Loncar) of Lehighton; and his sister Linda (Richard Schock) of Slatington. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 grandchildren.
