She was predeceased by: her husband Walter T. Horn; her parents, Steward Bryfogle and Elda May Bryfogle (Kern); her daughter-in-law Brenda H. Horn (Fatzinger); her siblings, Beatrice Miller, Dorothy German and Robert "Sonny" Bryfogle; and her stepmother Clara Mae Bryfogle (Haas).
She is survived by: her son Blaine W. Horn of Slatedale; her sister Dolores E. Gruber of Allentown; her grandchildren, Michelle Y. Schramel (Robert) of Slatington and Micheal C. Horn (Cherylynn) of Orefield; and her great grandchildren, Michael "Mikey" Horn, Robert "Robbie" Schramel and Joseph "Joey" Horn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Slatedale Fire Co. and/or Good Shepherd U.C.C. both in care of the funeral home, P.O. Box # 196, Schnecksville, PA 18078-0196.
