He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda H. Horn (Fatzinger); and his parents, Walter T. Horn and Freda E. Horn (Bryfogle). He is survived by: his children, Michelle Y. Schramel (Robert) of Slatington and Micheal C. Horn (Cherylynn) of Orefield; and his grandsons, Michael V. Horn, Robbie J. Schramel and Jospeh A. Horn.
