He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James S. Rafferty and Mae Rafferty (Baney); his spouse Victoria A. Rafferty; his children, Bobby Rafferty (Rosaleen), Brian Rafferty (Tara) and Shannon Czincila (Bob); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Connor and Paige.
