The memory of Claire A. Esposito of Skippack, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 15, 2025 at the age of 83, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo McDonald and Mary McDonald; and her siblings, James V. McDonald (Caron), Rose M. Lutz (Joe), Kathleen Auletto (Gene), Margaret Murphy and Leo McDonald Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Louis; and her children, John Azpell, Germaine Mullen (Matt), James Azpell (Connie), Carolyn Wander (Timothy), Louis Esposito (Colleen) and Stephanie Liedholm (Eric). She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, many loving nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Eleanor Church (647 Locust St, Collegeville, PA 19426). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the St. John Neumann Cemetery (3797 County Line Rd, Chalfont, PA 18914).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Claire's memory may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
