He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Foster and Loretta Foster (Whitney); and his brothers, Donald and William Foster. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Foster (Jenkins); his children, Charles, Cheryl Winter, Kenneth Foster Jr. (Cora McMaster) of Dudley, Dawn "Bunny" (Larry Clark Jr.) of Saxton, Cynthia Foster and Shannon Foster of Defiance; his grandchildren, Shaun Defibaugh of Everett, Glen Foster (Ans), Gregory Foster Kelly of Cooperstown, Kelly Foster of Saxton, Lynda (Bobby Young) of Altoona, Brittney (Cody Greenawalt) of Shippensburg, Haley Foster (Keith Waite) and Nicholas Foster; his great grandchildren, Angelina, Christian Smith, Glen, Analyssa Foster, Josh, Emily, Coltin Young, Kiran Smith, Parker and Layne Greenawalt; and his sister-in-law Gail Foster of Everett.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions be made to either the Six Mile Run Vol.
