She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Shaffern and Margaret Shaffern (Figard); her husband John Wesley Houck Jr.; her children, Sandra Foor and John Houck; her siblings, Phyllis Serignoli, James Shaffern and Stanley Shaffern; and her granddaughter Raechel Nichole Huouck.
She is survived by: her children, Wesley Houck (Mandy), Evelyn Melius (Gary), Tim Houck (Lisa), Matt Houck (Jayme) and Michael Houck; her sisters, June Kuklo (late James), Joan Ross (Norman) and Caroline Wright; her niece Maggie Hayes (Gary Bernat); and also Jeremy Folk. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
