He was predeceased by: his parents, Mearl T. Long and Charlotte Long (Lynn); and his brothers, Lanny T. Long, Robert Mearl "Bob" Long and Charles "Chug" Long.
He is survived by: his children, Jonathan R. Long (Rhonda) of Hopewell, Teddy T. Long (Julie) of Duncansville and Joanna R. Long (Josh Bradley) of Hopewell; and his sister Evelyn (Charles Gonsman). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
